As we continue to grow our enterprise portfolio, were looking for a Key Account Consultant Lead who can drive client success, strengthen strategic relationships, and lead our consultant team in delivering measurable value to our key accounts.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and support the Key Account Consultant team to achieve performance targets.
  • Engage multiple client stakeholders, including management, to deeply understand their needs.
  • Guide clients in optimizing Qiscus solutions to maximize ROI and business outcomes.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Create and pitch tailored proposals that address client challenges and goals.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets.
  • Continuously assess and validate evolving client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Solution & Support, etc.) to deliver the best client experience.

What You Will Bring To The Role

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B consultative sales (preferably SaaS/tech).
  • Proven success managing strategic accounts and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical products and translate them into business value.
  • Leadership or mentoring experience with strong team collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and a proactive approach.
  • Highly organized, client-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ownership and accountability in driving client goals and business outcomes.
