  1. Melakukan proses end-to-end recruitment

  2. Memastikan SOP dan Peraturan Perusahaan selalu berjalan

  3. Mengelola administrasi BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dan BPJS Kesehatan

  4. Mengelola administrasi database karyawan

  5. Melakukan rekap absensi harian dan bulanan

  6. Mengelola data inventaris perusahaan

  7. Menjembatani komunikasi antara perusahaan dengan karyawan

Kualifikasi:

  1. Pendidikan minimal S1/Sederajat

  2. Terbuka untuk lulusan baru

  3. Berdomisili di Bali

  4. Usia maksimal 30 Tahun

  5. Teliti dan lancar mengoperasikan Ms. Office

  6. Memiliki kepribadian dinamis dan mampu beradaptasi terhadap perubahan

  7. Punya keinginan belajar yang tinggi dan berani menerima tantangan

  8. Lebih disukai kandidat yang berpengalaman mengikuti magang / pelatihan sebagai HR

  9. Penempatan di Sesetan, Denpasar Selatan
