Bidding Management or Vendor Management
is responsible for managing the procurement of non-production materials and services, including sourcing vendors and overseeing the bidding process. This role ensures cost-effective and timely acquisition of goods and services to support the organization's operational needs.

Job Description:

  • Identify and evaluate potential vendors for non-production materials and services.
  • Conduct market research to find reliable and cost-effective suppliers.
  • Prepare and issue Request for Quotations (RFQs) during the bidding process.
  • Evaluate vendor bidding based on cost, quality, delivery time, and other criteria.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with quality, delivery, and cost standards.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, vendor performance, and cost savings.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate - Advance in English (written & speaking
    is required
    ).
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Management, Business Administration
    or a related field.
  • Had minimum 1-2 year experience in
    General Affairs, Purchasing or related field
    (
    Fresh Graduate are welcome
    ).
  • Strong knowledge of vendor management and bidding processes.
  • Ability to maintain bidding and sourcing vendor documents.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills.

  5. If you are asked for anything from a recruiter on behalf of us, please contact the local police as this is most likely a scam.
