Role Description

The HR Staff is a full-time on-site role located in Kota Baru Parahyangan, Kab. Bandung Barat. This position will be responsible for various HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding process, personnel administration, benefits administration, payroll and compliance. They may also play a role in developing and implementing HR policies and programs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English, oral and written
  • Experience in HR operations (in an educational field is preferable), but fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Able to conduct and administrate the psychological test
  • Experience in administration and familiarity with the Google Workspace environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Willing to work 100% onsite
  • Have knowledge of HR compliance, regulations, and employment laws is a plus
  • Passionate about working in the education sector and a spirit of service
