Job Descriptions:

  1. ⁠Manages and enhances daily HR operations.
  2. Performs administrative tasks related to HR, such as : generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters.
  3. Responsible for full-cycle recruitment for office & supervisory/management positions, a recruitment plan, appraisal, assist with employee onboarding procedures and calendar according to operation and sales projections especially on recruiting restaurant FOH dan BOH crews
  4. Providing ongoing training and creating performance management plans and overseeing the entire process of training and KPI evaluation.
  5. ⁠Addresses general affairs issues. Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances.
  6. Stays informed about trends, best practices, regulatory updates, and advancements in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  7. Oversees and takes action regarding industrial and government relations.
  8. Ensure compliance with labor laws, manage HR policies, and oversee administrative tasks such as record-keeping and payroll support.
  9. Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
  10. Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records.
  11. Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities.
  12. Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly.

Job Requirements:

  1. ⁠Bachelor's degree, preferably in law, psychology, or management.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in comprehensive HR Supervisor functions with background in F&B Industrial are preferred.
  3. ⁠Proven experience in managing general affairs.
  4. ⁠Solid understanding of employment law and asset management.
  5. ⁠Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with excellent organizational skills.
  6. Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  7. ⁠Strong empathy and interpersonal skills.
  8. ⁠Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools and payroll and human resources software such as Talenta, and etc.
  9. ⁠Leadership and coaching skills.
