Responsibilities

  1. Hiring candidates that can meet requirement and need for the studio.
  2. Create and put into action HR initiatives that are in line with the overall studio, project and operation
  3. Support present and future studio demands through growing, involving, inspiring, and preserving human capital.
  4. Create and keep track of the organization's overall HR strategies, methods, tactics, and procedures.
  5. Cultivate a supportive workplace.
  6. Managing and maintaining a setup that promotes optimum performance.
  7. Maintain the benefits and pay schedule.
  8. Analyze the training requirements for a programme and keep an eye on it.
  9. Generate Report to management in daily basis, week and monthly.
  10. Always maintain legal compliance while managing human resource.
