We are looking for a highly qualified Offline Channel Manager to oversee and optimize our offline sales channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing partnerships with retail outlets and distributors, implementing effective sales strategies, and contributing to the overall growth of our company's physical sales presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive offline channel strategies aligned with corporate objectives.

  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail partners and distributors.

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product departments to support offline marketing initiatives and campaigns.

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within offline sales channels.

  • Manage budgets and conduct contract negotiations with channel partners.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making and expansion plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Extensive experience in offline channel management or equivalent positions.

  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and project management capabilities.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in sales data interpretation.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
