Key Responsibilities

Lead fulfillment operations: sales order handover → scheduling → technician assignment → job completion → documentation.

  • Ensure on-time delivery, SLA performance, and high-quality service execution.
  • Oversee installation & commissioning activities (15% load).
  • Manage small–medium technical projects (seasonal 5–30%).
  • Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Product Engineering, and Finance for smooth job flow.
  • Implement SOPs, checklists, quality standards, and safety compliance.
  • Reduce repeat issues through root-cause problem solving.
  • Lead and develop technicians & field engineers with operational discipline.
  • Maintain customer communication during service and job execution.
  • Improve operational metrics: turnaround time, first-time-right rate, documentation quality.
Requirements

Experience

  • 5–10 years in technical operations / field service / electrical or automation execution.
  • 2–3 years managing technicians or a service/operations team.
  • Familiar with LV panels, drives (VFD), PLC basics, field wiring, and commissioning practices.

  • Strong coordination, scheduling, and operational planning.
  • Ability to maintain order, structure, and clarity in dynamic environments.
  • Good reasoning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • High ownership, discipline, and integrity.
  • Able to communicate with customers & internal teams calmly and professionally.
