POSISI YANG DIBUTUHKAN: PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST LIQUID (CAIRAN KEBERSIHAN RUMAH TANGGA)

Job Desc

  1. Melakukan pencarian dan evaluasi supplier baru untuk bahan baku, bahan aktif, kemasan primer dan sekunder.

  2. Memastikan ketersediaan material dengan kualitas terbaik, harga kompetitif, waktu pengiriman yang tepat, serta mendapatkan support terms pembayaran

  3. Negosiasi harga, MOQ, serta terms & conditions dengan supplier lokal maupun internasional.

  4. Bekerja sama dengan tim R&D, PPIC, dan QC untuk memastikan material memenuhi standar spesifikasi teknis dan regulasi PKRT
  5. Memantau performa supplier (kualitas, harga, ketepatan waktu, layanan).
  6. Mengelola data vendor dan melakukan update berkala pada sistem procurement.
  7. Membuat laporan perbandingan harga dan rekomendasi sourcing strategis.
  8. Membantu kegiatan audit supplier dan proses approval material baru, serta proses legalitas pendukung

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Kimia, Farmasi, Kimia, Manajemen, Industri atau bidang terkait.
  • Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang procurement/purchasing/sourcing, diutamakan dari industri liquid home care product seperti (dishwash. detergent, carbol, stain remover,etc) , FMCG, atau industri farmasi
  • Memahami proses bahan baku liquid home care, kemasan, dan standar mutu material.
  • Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi, komunikasi, dan analisa yang baik.
  • Mampu berbahasa Inggris, terutama untuk komunikasi dengan supplier luar negeri.
  • Terampil menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan sistem ERP/Procurement.
  • Pengalaman sourcing untuk OEM/ODM liquid home care.
  • Pengetahuan mengenai bahan aktif natural, kemasan sustainable, atau supplier Asia (China, Korea, Jepang, etc).
