Job Descriptions
1. Target Bisnis
Mencari prospek, menganalisa kebutuhan pelanggan, memberikan presentasi dan proposal sampai terjadinya transaksi / penjualan.
Memperbesar persentase kontribusi penjualan jasa solusi terpadu pada pelanggan.
2. Koordinator Proyek/Account
Berperan sebagai project leader terhadap account yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya; menjadi Presenter mewakili perusahaan dalam situasi formal maupun informal.
- Bersama kelompok mengawasi perencanaan implementasi dan memastikan pengadaan dan pengiriman barang/solusi tepat waktu (koordinasi dengan tim terkait) serta memonitor jalannya proses implementasi.
3. Pelayanan Purna Penjualan
- Dengan bimbingan dan arahan atasan langsung bertanggungjawab dalam tahap purna penjualan dan mempelajari adanya kemungkinan untuk pengembangan kebutuhan; membina hubungan baik dengan pelanggan.
4. Manajemen Keuangan
- Bertanggungjawab dalam penagihan terhadap accounts yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya dan menyelesaikan semua urusan administratif.
5. Pengembangan Profesi
- Bertanggung jawab dalam mengembangkan area:
- Pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dalam produk dan solusi yang menjadi portfolio perusahaan.
- Pengetahuan produk pesaing.
- Pengetahuan umum tentang 'business process' yang menjadi teritori industrinya serta perusahaan
- Membuat account profiling dari account yang ditangani
- Pendidikan min. S1 dari berbagai disiplin ilmu
- Pengalaman Min. 1-2 tahun di bidang teknologi informasi atau min. 2 tahun pengalaman di bidang penjualan non IT
- Memiliki pengetahuan dasar yang berkaitan dengan industri teknologi informatika
- Memiliki pengetahuan dasar tentang manajemen pemasaran dan penjualan
