Job Description
- Conduct research to identify and evaluate new potential partners.
- Approach and engage new partners via online/offline meetings.
- Prepare and present proposals offering products and services.
- Follow up and maintain communication with potential partners until onboarding.
- Partner onboarding, Coordination and Performance Monitoring
- Develop and execute onboarding plans for new partners and suppliers.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration.
- Provide guidance to partners during the initial collaboration phase.
- Serve as the main contact for daily partner communications and issue resolution.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance, fulfillment reports, and issue reports.
- Coordinate and negotiate to drive additional transactions and upselling opportunities.
- Organize online/offline meetings for monthly business reviews with partners.
- Conduct price checks and monitor competitor movement to optimize partner performance.
- Ensure stability in partner fulfillment and outbound operations (CI Partner Outbound).
- Business Development & Assortment Management
- Support internal projects related to partnership or supplier development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher related to Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in key account management, partnership business, B2B aggregator or similar roles particularly in the e-commerce / Telco / PPOB industry.
- Problem-solving oriented, strong communication and negotiation skills, positive and constructive attitude
- Strong analytical acumen, comfortable gathering data from various sources, generating and evaluating insights.
- Possess self-management skills: able to organize own time efficiently, assess priorities within own area of work, and work under tight deadlines with a high level of commitment
- Advance skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Google spreadsheet for data analysis, forecasting, and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated with a strong drive to achieve goals and exceed expectations
