  • Experience in IT Project Manager at least 2 year
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
  • 2 years of experience as an IT project manager in the banking industry
  • Extensive experience in IT project management, including leading and managing a team of project managers.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and practices.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to effectively communicate with executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and make strategic decisions.
  • Experience in resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Proficient in project management software and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
