About the role

Shape Haus' is seeking a highly skilled Balinese MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Engineer to join our team in Nusa Lembongan District, Bali. As a full-time Balinese MEP Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems for our high-end residential and commercial projects.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborate with architects, designers, and construction teams to develop and implement integrated MEP systems that meet project requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations
  2. Conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress, and ensure that all MEP installations adhere to design specifications and local building codes
  3. Prepare detailed engineering drawings, technical reports, and project documentation
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues that arise during the construction and operation phases
  5. Provide ongoing maintenance and support for installed MEP systems
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the Balinese MEP engineering field

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, with a specialization in MEP systems
  2. Strong technical expertise in the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
  3. Proficient in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM
  4. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
  5. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the safety and quality of MEP systems
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  7. Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and best practices in Bali
