Kualifikasi :

  1. Pendidikan minimal Diploma (D3) atau Sarjana (S1) jurusan Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro, atau bidang terkait.
  2. Mampu mengoperasikan software AutoCAD dengan baik.
  3. Memiliki pemahaman yang baik mengenai sistem MEP (Mekanikal, Elektrikal, dan Plumbing) dalam konstruksi bangunan.
  4. Mampu bekerja sama secara efektif dalam tim lintas disiplin (arsitek, struktur, dan MEP).
  5. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, teliti, dan berorientasi pada ketepatan hasil kerja.
  6. Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di bidang drafting proyek gedung atau konsultan perencanaan MEP, namun fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar.
  7. Mampu membaca dan memahami gambar arsitektur dan struktur sebagai dasar integrasi sistem MEP.
  8. Bersedia melakukan koordinasi dengan tim lapangan atau kunjungan proyek apabila dibutuhkan.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  1. Membuat gambar kerja detail (shop drawing atau design drawing) sistem MEP berdasarkan spesifikasi, standar teknis, dan instruksi dari engineer.
  2. Membantu dalam proses perancangan sistem MEP untuk proyek konstruksi agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan desain dan kondisi lapangan.
  3. Melakukan koordinasi desain dengan engineer, arsitek, dan tim teknis lain untuk memastikan desain MEP dapat diterapkan secara efektif dan tidak terjadi konflik antar sistem.
  4. Melakukan pemeriksaan dan revisi gambar sesuai hasil koordinasi, perubahan desain, atau umpan balik dari tim proyek.
  5. Menyusun, mengelola, dan mengarsipkan dokumen teknis serta gambar kerja secara rapi dan terstruktur.
  6. Memastikan seluruh gambar dan dokumen sesuai dengan standar kualitas perusahaan dan peraturan teknis yang berlaku.
  7. Memberikan dukungan teknis kepada tim engineering selama tahap desain maupun pelaksanaan proyek.
