Job Description
  • Lead sales strategy and execution to achieve growth targets

  • Own the sales P&L and drive business performance across all functions

  • Build and nurture high-level relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in IT services/ SI companies with a strong focus on enterprise sales

  • Proven track record in sales leadership, revenue growth, and market expansion

  • Deep understanding of the local business landscape and client dynamics

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (MBA preferred)Proven experience in establishing and scaling IT operations in a new market, with a strong focus on the Japanese IT sector.
