Manajemen Operasional:

  1. Memastikan seluruh kegiatan operasional harian berjalan efektif di seluruh divisi (marketing, media, kreatif, dan administrasi).

  2. Membuat, mengembangkan, dan memantau pelaksanaan SOP operasional di setiap departemen.

  3. Menyusun rencana kerja mingguan, bulanan, dan triwulan untuk mendukung target perusahaan.

  4. Mengontrol efisiensi anggaran operasional dan memastikan penggunaan sumber daya secara optimal.

  5. Mengidentifikasi dan memperbaiki bottleneck dalam workflow kerja.

Manajemen Project & Klien:

  1. Memastikan seluruh project klien berjalan sesuai timeline, brief, dan KPI yang disepakati.

  2. Berkoordinasi dengan tim project manager, account executive, dan creative lead untuk kelancaran eksekusi.

  3. Menyusun laporan progress project, kapasitas tim, dan kendala operasional kepada management.

  4. Mengawasi pembagian workload agar tidak terjadi overload antar tim.

  5. Memonitor kualitas output sebelum diserahkan ke klien (quality control).

Manajemen Tim:

  1. Mengatur dan memimpin tim operasional agar mencapai target harian dan bulanan.

  2. Melakukan evaluasi performa dan memberikan feedback konstruktif untuk pengembangan tim.

  3. Menyusun kebutuhan SDM baru sesuai pertumbuhan project dan kapasitas tim.

  4. Menumbuhkan budaya kerja yang disiplin, kolaboratif, dan produktif.

Sistem & Pengembangan Internal:

  1. Mengimplementasikan sistem dan tools manajemen proyek untuk efisiensi kerja.

  2. Menyusun laporan analisis efisiensi kerja dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan proses.

  3. Bekerja sama dengan HR dan Management dalam menyusun kebijakan internal dan pembagian tugas.

  4. Mengawasi pemeliharaan aset digital, arsip project, dan data perusahaan.

KUALIFIKASI

  1. Pendidikan minimal S1 Manajemen / Komunikasi / Bisnis atau bidang relevan.

  2. Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di posisi manajerial atau operasional di agency / startup digital.

  3. Paham struktur kerja dan alur produksi digital marketing (ads, social media, creative, SEO, web, dll)

  4. Mampu mengatur prioritas dan multitasking dalam berbagai project.

  5. Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan komunikasi yang kuat.

  6. Mampu bekerja dengan target dan deadline yang ketat.

  7. Menyusun laporan operasional mingguan dan bulanan untuk manajemen.

  8. Mengidentifikasi dan memecahkan hambatan operasional secara cepat dan strategis.
