To fuel their expansion and ensure operational excellence across their restaurant and store chains, they are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager. This role is pivotal in shaping and implementing efficient, cost-effective, and scalable operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Operational Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize the end-to-end operations of our restaurant and store chains.
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee sourcing, procurement, and distribution channels, ensuring a streamlined and cost-effective supply chain.
  • Efficiency Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency. Implement solutions to enhance overall performance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that operational processes align with the company's commitment to delivering high-quality food and beverage experiences.
  • Vendor and Partner Relationships: Cultivate and manage strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Scaling Operations: Collaborate with the CEO to develop strategies for scaling operations in line with company expansion plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5-6+ years) in a senior operations role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong background in creating and implementing efficient and cost-effective operational strategies for restaurants and stores.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
