Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Oversee all rental operational activities (rental applications, document verification, contract approval, unit handover, and asset return).
  2. Ensure smooth administration of rental contracts, payments, and reporting in accordance with company policies.
  3. Develop and implement operational SOPs to improve efficiency and customer service quality.
  4. Manage and supervise the rental asset portfolio, including maintenance schedules, utilization, and risk control for damage/misuse.
  5. Monitor operational performance (SLA, turnaround time, operational costs) and prepare regular reports for management.
  6. Provide direction, coaching, and supervision to the operations team to ensure productivity, discipline, and consistency in meeting targets.
  7. Identify opportunities for digitalization/automation of rental processes to enhance operational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management, Economics, or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in rental operations/asset management; significant added value if experienced in the leasing/financing industry.
  • Strong understanding of rental business flow (from contracts and billing to asset management) and basic principles of risk management.
  • Proven experience in leading operational teams, managing SOPs, and improving business processes.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • High integrity, detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
