WIZ Creator Enablers Company under Virus Media is Looking for Social Media Specialist [Paid Internship]

Working setup:

  • Hybrid: 3 days WFH, 2 days WFO (Wed & Fri)
  • Office: Kemang, South Jakarta
  • Paid Internship

What you'll do:

  • Plan and create engaging content (videos & images) for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Write scripts or captions, shoot, and edit using tools like CapCut, Canva, VN, etc.
  • Research trends, hooks, and references to keep our content fresh
  • Schedule posts and track performance (reach, engagement, saves, shares)
  • Manage community engagement (replying to comments & DMs)
  • Join brainstorming sessions, pitch ideas, and assist with content production

What we're looking for:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (any field)
  • Comfortable taking ownership and getting things done without micromanagement
  • Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content creation
  • Strong interest in trends, storytelling, and digital culture
  • Able to bring creative ideas to life end-to-end
  • Independent but also a collaborative team player
  • Open to feedback, fast learning, and trying new things
  • Bonus: Basic editing/design skills or experience running a personal/brand account
