Internship Overview

We are offering an internship opportunity for Social Media Internship to join a creative team under the direct supervision of our company's Digital Marketing division. Each team member will have different roles and responsibilities, but we are looking for individuals who share the same core qualifications and competencies, and who are adaptable and capable of handling various tasks as needed by the team.

In this internship, you will be involved in the planning, production, and execution of impactful digital content strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various social media platforms. Each intern will focus on a different role, Video Editing, Graphic Design, and Content Research and Audience Engagement.

While each team member will have a specific role, we expect all interns to share a common foundation of skills, flexibility, and willingness to collaborate across functions as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Video Editor: creating and editing high-quality videos content for social media, understand content formats and styles that align with current platform trends (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
  • Graphic Designer: creating and editing creative visual designs, ensure visual consistency with the company's brand identity
  • Content Researcher: identify trends and insights across multiple social media platforms, conceptualize and develop valuable, relevant content ideas, analyze KOLs/Influencers that align with the company's brand image, create tailored valuable content in various platform to educate, engage, and build relationships with the audience
  • Audience Engagement: actively and strategically manage audience interactions, develop engagement strategies and respond to feedback thoughtfully
  • act as on-screen talent for both video and photo content and participate in content creation by appearing in short videos, reels, or photo shoots as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum Education Background: Internship Student, Final Year Student, or a Fresh Graduate majoring in Communication, Design (Art/DKV), Multimedia/Broadcasting/Journalistic, Digital Business or other related fields
  • experience in creating creative visual designs and proficient in graphic design-editing software (such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar)
  • experience in creating high-quality videos and skilled in video editing software (such as Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
  • passionate about social media and content creation, familiar with trends and audience behavior on platforms like TikTok & Instagram
  • creative, adaptable, a strong team player, and digital-tech savvy
  • confident, expressive, open to feedback and proactive in communication, and aligned with the brand's tone and image
  • Willing to Work From the Office (WFO) within 5 working days, from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
