We're Hiring Social Media Specialist — Paid Internship

WIZ, a Creator Enablers Company under Virus Media Group
, is looking for a creative soul who vibes with carousel content, storytelling, and end-to-end content creation.

Working Setup:

  • Hybrid:
    3 days WFH, 2 days WFO
    (Wed & Fri)
  • Office:
    Kemang, South Jakarta
  • Paid Internship

What You'll Do:

You'll own the creative process
from concept to publish
— yes, end to end:

  • Create engaging content for Instagram (especially
    carousel
    ) and TikTok
  • Craft scripts, captions, and copy that hook the audience
  • Shoot & edit short-form content using tools like
    CapCut, Canva, VN
    , etc.
  • Research trends, hooks, and references to keep ideas fresh
  • Schedule posts & monitor performance (reach, engagement, saves, shares)
  • Manage community interactions (reply comments & DMs)
  • Join brainstorming sessions, pitch ideas, and collaborate on content production

What We're Looking For:

Someone who can
think, create, and execute

  • Students or fresh grads from any major
  • Confident taking ownership and delivering without micromanagement
  • Familiar with IG, TikTok, and short-form content
  • Strong interest in trends, storytelling, and digital culture
  • Able to turn creative ideas into real content
    end-to-end
  • Comfortable working independently
    and
    collaboratively
  • Open-minded, fast learner, willing to try new things
  • Bonus:
    Basic editing/design skills OR experience running a personal/brand account
