We're looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our team — someone who can craft engaging content, build strong online communities, and grow our brand presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor all social media channels, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries.
  • Develop and execute content plans tailored to each social media platform, in coordination with the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Build and manage social media collaboration strategies with companies, communities, and public figures to expand audience reach.
  • Create high-quality, visually appealing content that aligns with marketing goals by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze and optimize social media performance through both organic and paid strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in Social Media Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social issues, women's health, and intimate health is preferred.
  • Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).
  • In-depth knowledge of organic and paid social media metrics and strategies for growth.
  • Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and able to translate them into impactful campaigns.
  • Strong creative communication skills — able to turn ideas into clear, actionable briefs.
  • Familiarity with women's health topics will be considered a strong advantage.
