About the role

As a Sales and Marketing professional at PT. CENTRAM', you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of this dynamic company. Based in Surabaya, East Java, this full-time position will see you utilising your exceptional sales and marketing skills to promote the company's offerings and secure new business opportunities.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and executing effective sales strategies to target new clients and maximise revenue growth
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers
  3. Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the industry
  4. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement impactful campaigns
  5. Providing regular performance reports and insights to the leadership team
  6. Continuously seeking ways to enhance the customer experience and drive customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in sales and/or marketing within the food and beverages industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  3. Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills to identify and capitalise on market opportunities
  4. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to driving results
  5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  6. Fluent in english and Japanese is priority
  7. Minimum have 3 years experience in sales and marketing
  8. Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university
  9. Maximum 40 years old
