Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Palo Alto Engineer to manage, improve, and secure our network infrastructure with a strong focus on Palo Alto NGFW technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deploy, configure, and maintain Palo Alto firewalls & Panorama

  2. Manage firewall rules, NAT, VPN (GlobalProtect/IPSec), and security profiles

  3. Monitor network traffic, analyze security events, and support incident response

  4. Perform upgrades, patching, and firewall performance optimization

  5. Prepare and maintain technical documentation (SOPs, network diagrams)

  6. Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science or related field

  2. 3+ years experience as Network/Security Engineer

  3. Strong knowledge of NGFW, routing protocols (BGP/OSPF), IPS/IDS, SSL decryption

  4. Experience with HA setup, threat prevention, and log analysis

  5. Active Palo Alto certification is required (PCNSA minimum, PCNSE preferred)

  6. Additional certifications (CCNA/CCNP Security, CEH, CompTIA Security+) is a plus

  7. Good analytical skills and able to work in high-pressure environment
