DESIGNATION : Senior IT Infra Network Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership (A)

Help Lead Network Engineer to provide network solution and support on the ALTO Product development

Customer Service (B) Provide Network Design and Traffic Flow on the Product Design Phase

Provide Network Configuration and Support based on Network Design and Traffic Flow Provided on the design phase

Operational Management (C) Supporting other division activity when needed based on service requests

Perform configuration configuration changes needed as per business requirement

Relationship Management (D) Establish and maintain active and constructive relationships with All internal IT Infrastructure team (Network, Server, DBA, Sysapps,IT Automation)

Establish and maintain active and constructive relationships with other divisions especially key collaboration division (Product, PMO, App Support, Development)

Good Corporate Governance (E) Risk/Findings audit and Vulnerability Assessment to be Remediate

Ensure communication to any internal/external stakeholder, when there are any activity related to network team scope of work that are relate and impact to customer products and services

Perform all configuration changes via ALTO's PAM

Network Routing Configuration (BGP, OSFP, RIP, etc)

Network Switching Configuration (VLAN, Inter-VLAN Routing, STP, etc)

Firewall and Network Security Features Configuration (Firewall Policy, WAF, IPSec VPN, SSL VPN, NAT)

Load Balancer Configuration (F5 LTM and GTM)

Packet Analyzer (Wireshark, TCPdump)

Network Automation and provisiong Tools (Terraform/Ansible)

AWS Networking Configuration (VPC Network, Transit gateway, VPN Gateway, Direct Connect)

GCP Networking Configuration (VPC Network, VPN Gateway, Direct Connect)

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications Bachelor degree in Information Technology/Information System/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering

Certified Network Associate (CCNA, JNCIA, MTCNA, HCNA, etc) or preferably Certified Network Profesional Level (CCNP, JNCIP, HCNP, MTCRE, etc

ITIL Certified will be advantage
