We're looking for a meticulous
Accountant (L2)
who can handle
multi-entity accounting reconciliation
, ensure accurate entries across entities, and
understand Indonesian taxation
well enough to support coordination with our external tax consultants.

This is a hands-on role focused on
execution, accuracy, and consistency
— the foundation of Gotrade's financial health.


Location:
Full-time, on-site in Jakarta

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform
    daily and monthly accounting reconciliations
    across multiple group entities and accounts.
  • Ensure
    intercompany transactions
    are properly recorded, synced, and balanced.
  • Review and maintain
    general ledgers, journals, and sub-ledgers
    .
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure
    consistency in accounting treatment
    across jurisdictions.
  • Understand
    Indonesian tax implications (PPh 21, 23, 4(2), 25/29, PPN)
    to ensure correct accounting entries.
  • Coordinate with
    external tax consultants
    to provide supporting data and reconcile tax-related balances.
  • Support
    month-end and year-end closings
    , preparing schedules for auditors and tax partners.
  • Maintain organized documentation and ensure accuracy of
    Bukti Potong
    , invoices, and vouchers.
  • Identify discrepancies early and ensure
    timely resolution
    across entities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Meticulous and detail-oriented — accuracy is non-negotiable.
  • Strong understanding of
    accounting fundamentals and reconciliation principles
    .
  • Understands
    Indonesian taxation concepts
    and can communicate with consultants effectively.
  • Reliable in executing recurring accounting processes with minimal supervision.
  • Works well in a structured, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Accounting or Finance.
  • 2–4 years of accounting experience
    , preferably in a
    multi-entity or group company
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    PPh 21, 23, 4(2), 25/29, PPN
    , and
    Corporate Income Tax
    concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with
    reconciliation, journals, and intercompany accounting
    .
  • Familiar with
    PSAK
    standards and accounting systems (e.g.,
    , Xero, or similar
    ).
  • Intermediate to advanced
    Excel skills
    (lookup, pivot, reconciliation).
  • Fluent in
    Bahasa Indonesia
    (English proficiency preferred).
