Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Staff member, located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Accounting Staff will be responsible for preparing financial statements, maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling accounts. Additional tasks include assisting in the preparation of budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting internal auditing processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and preparation of financial statements
  • Strong skills in accounts reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable management
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or similar
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and standards, and an understanding of local tax regulations
  • Attention to detail, good analytical skills, and the ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Prior work experience in accounting or finance is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
