Position Overview

As an
Accounting Staff
at the operational level, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions that support the company's day-to-day operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity of financial data, supporting compliance with accounting and tax regulations, and contributing to efficient month-end and year-end closing processes. The position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to gain valuable experience in both multi-finance and fintech environments, where precision, integrity, and adaptability are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, verify, and file supporting documents such as invoices, payment slips, bank statements, and tax-related documentation.
  • Accurately record and process daily financial transactions, including invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations to support management decision-making.
  • Maintain well-organized, updated, and auditable financial records in line with company standards.
  • Provide support during month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely reporting.
  • Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely settlements and proper follow-up.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
    prior internship or entry-level accounting experience is an advantage.
  • Willing to start with a
    3-month contract. Extension is possible based on performance
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    fundamental accounting principles
    and awareness of
    Indonesian tax regulations.
  • Strong
    attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
    in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a
    dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
