Saat ini kami mencari Business Development / Tech Sales yang siap tumbuh bersama kami dan fokus menjual solusi WhatsApp AI Agent ke berbagai segmen bisnis.
Tanggung Jawab
Menjual produk WhatsApp AI Agent ke klien:
UMKM / SMB (klinik, toko, sekolah, salon, barber, lembaga pendidikan, influencer, toko online dll)
- Startup & perusahaan teknologi
- Enterprise (corporate, BPO, institusi)
- Melakukan prospecting, follow-up, demo produk, hingga closing.
Menjelaskan solusi teknis secara sederhana, termasuk:
Konsep API
- Integrasi dasar
- AI / ChatGPT usage (tidak harus coding).
- Mengelola pipeline penjualan dan target bulanan.
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim produk & marketing untuk meningkatkan konversi.
- Membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan klien dan partner.
Kualifikasi
- Terbuka untuk semua latar belakang pendidikan (tidak harus IT/Ekonomi).
- Memiliki minat kuat di bidang AI, teknologi, dan SaaS.
Memahami atau bersedia belajar:
Konsep API (REST API basic, webhook, dsb)
- AI / ChatGPT / automation tools.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi & negosiasi yang baik.
- Target-oriented dan nyaman bekerja dengan KPI.
- Pengalaman sales / business development menjadi nilai tambah (fresh graduate welcome).
- Mampu bekerja mandiri dan disiplin dalam sistem kerja remote.
- Pengalaman menjual produk SaaS / software / IT solution.
- Pernah menjual ke segmen B2B.
- Familiar dengan WhatsApp Business API atau chatbot.
- Aktif menggunakan tools digital (CRM, Notion, Google Workspace).
- Gaji pokok.
- Bonus & komisi berdasarkan performa.
- Tips / insentif tambahan dari deal tertentu.
