Tanggung Jawab Utama:

1.     Mengembangkan peluang bisnis di sektor EV Charging, meliputi:

a.     Charging Point Operator (SPKLU / CPO)

b.     Penjualan EV charger B2B/B2C

2.     Melakukan akuisisi klien dan partner strategis (Klien Pertambangan, ATPM, developer, pemilik lahan, perusahaan, instansi pemerintah).

3.     Menyusun dan mempresentasikan proposal bisnis, penawaran komersial, dan skema kerja sama.

4.     Melakukan negosiasi harga, terms & conditions, hingga penandatanganan kerja sama.

5.     Mengelola pipeline penjualan dan memastikan target bisnis tercapai.

6.     Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (teknis, legal, operasional) untuk kelancaran proyek dan implementasi.

7.     Melakukan market research dan monitoring tren industri EV dan infrastruktur charging.

8.     Menjaga hubungan jangka panjang dengan klien dan partner.

Kualifikasi:

  1. Pendidikan minimal S1 (Manajemen, Bisnis, Komunikasi, Teknik, atau bidang terkait).
  2. Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Inggris aktif dan Mandarin (lisan dan tulis)
  3. Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Business Development, Sales B2B, atau Partnership (lebih disukai di industri EV, energi, atau teknologi).
  4. Beradaptai dengan cepat untuk mempelajari ekosistem mobil listrik, charger EV, energi terbarukan, atau infrastruktur kelistrikan.
  5. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan presentasi yang baik.
  6. Mampu bekerja dengan target dan deadline.
  7. Mampu menguasai bahasa mandarin dan english lebih disukai
