About the Role:
 

We are looking for a motivated and creative Employer Branding & Recruitment Intern to support our Management Trainee Program. In this role, you will assist in enhancing our employer's brand through social media and website content while also gaining hands-on experience in recruitment operations. If you are passionate about HR, recruitment, and branding, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment.
 

Key Responsibilities:
Employer Branding:
  • Assist in creating and managing content for social media platforms to enhance employer branding.
  • Update and maintain career-related content on the company website.
  • Support employer branding campaigns and initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency in recruitment materials.
     
Recruitment Support:
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling interview sessions for the Management Trainee program and other recruitment needs.
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for Schedule arrangements.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate follow-ups.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and track candidate progress.

    Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in employer branding, social media content creation, and recruitment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Will be available for working full time, for 8 months' duration
  • Willing to be placed at SCBD Area
