Job Descriptions:

  • Develop content plans and create social media materials for all initiatives under HR division.

  • Design and execute strategic Employer Branding plans to achieve the targets of unlimited talent pool, higher conversion.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Build partnerships with universities, communities, and job platforms to expand brand awareness and reach.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Experience in Employer Branding, Employee Engagement, or Corporate Communication.
  • Experience in managing social media, campaign planning, and event execution.
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
  • Familiar with data analytics, social media insights, and employer branding metrics.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work cross-functionally with HR and marketing teams.
