Legal Manager

If you are someone with
:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law.
  • Having minimum 7–8 years of work experience in reputable law firms and/or as in-house legal counsel in well-known companies.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesian, and having an excellent command of written and spoken English is a must.
  • Strong understanding of local laws and regulations relevant to the smartphone industry.
  • Familiarity with in-house counsel responsibilities, including contract management, providing internal legal advice, collaborating with external lawyers, and handling governmental matters.

And you are ready to be:

  • Provide strategic legal advice to management and internal stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
  • Handle various legal matters, including engagement with governmental agencies.
  • Review marketing and promotional materials to assess potential legal risks.
  • Monitor, interpret, and communicate updates on local laws and regulations.
  • Develop internal legal and compliance guidelines, policies, and standard templates.
  • Organize and deliver internal legal trainings and seminars.
