**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Manager to join our growing team. As a Legal Manager, you will play a critical role in providing legal counsel and support to our manufacturing operations, with a particular focus on land acquisition matters. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, managing legal risks, and providing strategic legal advice to the business.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal advice and counsel on a wide range of legal matters, including land acquisition, contracts, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property.
- Lead and manage all aspects of land acquisition transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
- Manage and oversee external legal counsel.
- Stay abreast of legal developments and trends in the manufacturing industry.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited law school.
- 10+ years of experience in a legal role, with a focus on land acquisition and the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate law, contract law, and corporate law.
- Proven experience in managing and closing land acquisition transactions.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
