  • Menerima dan melayani pasien pada saat pendaftaran awal
  • Melayani pasien dalam melakukan pembayaran seusai pengobatan (billing)
  • Melayani pasien terkait dengan informasi yang dibutuhkan
  • Memastikan kesesuaian jadwal antara pasien dan dokter
  • Melakukan reminder terhadap jadwal temu dokter
  • Memberikan dukungan operasional bagian registrasi dalam hal administrasi pasien

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (Di utamakan Asisten Apoteker (STRTTK Aktif)/ Sekretaris/Komunikasi/Pariwisata/Perhotelan/Administrasi Rumah Sakit)
  • Berpenampilan rapi
  • Memiliki komunikasi yang baik
  • Ramah, jujur, cekatan
  • Berorientasi pada layanan dan memiliki inisiatif
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun, lebih diutamakan bidang Rumah Sakit/ Medis/ Patient Service/Customer Service
  • (WAJIB) Mahir berbahasa Inggris
  • Bersedia bergabung secepatnya
