Location: Bali (with frequent travel to Jabodetabek, Bandung, Solo, Yogyakarta, Lombok, and Gili Islands)

1. Role Purpose

The HORECA In-Store Activation Manager is responsible for maximizing Leoni's visibility inside cafés, restaurants, hotels, kiosks, and other HORECA outlets. The role focuses on field execution, visibility installation, and convincing outlet owners and managers to use more Leoni marketing materials to boost brand exposure and sales. This role does not develop or supervise marketing material production. It is fully focused on execution, influence, activation, and visibility improvement in the field.

2. Key Responsibilities
A. Visibility & Merchandising Execution (80% Field Work)

·       Conduct regular visits to HORECA outlets to audit visibility quality.

·       Ensure all required Leoni materials are properly installed and visible.

·       Improve display of the Leoni freezer, corner area, and product visibility inside each outlet.

·       Install and position marketing materials correctly.

·       Identify visibility opportunities and make immediate improvements.

B. Influence & Marketing Tool Adoption

·       Convince HORECA owners, managers, and supervisors to adopt more Leoni visibility tools.

·       Marketing tools include: Signages, Neonbox, Stickers, Wobblers, Posters, Menu boards, Roadside signboards, Neon sign, Booth, Gelato cart, and other in-store brand assets.

·       Objective: increase the number of outlets using these tools.

C. Promotion Program Recommendations

·       Recommend specific promotional programs to help outlets increase Leoni sales.

·       Identify opportunities where promotions can support visibility and product rotation.

·       Provide feedback to Marketing and Sales on which promotions could drive stronger consumer engagement.

D. Internal Collaboration

·       Work independently but aligned with Sales and Marketing objectives.

·       Provide field feedback to Marketing regarding visibility performance and needs.

·       Share visibility gaps to support future collateral development.

E. Field Planning & Reporting

·       Plan field routes independently and prioritize high-potential outlets.

·       Cover regions including Bali, Jabodetabek, Bandung, Solo, Yogyakarta, Lombok, and Gili Islands.

·       Submit a weekly update via Microsoft Teams including outlets visited, visibility status, tools installed, number of conversions, and promotion opportunities identified.

3. Authority Level

·       Authority to enforce visibility standards in all HORECA outlets.

·       Ability to lead visibility discussions directly with outlet decision-makers.

·       Can request operational support when necessary.

4. Key KPIs (Monthly Bonus Basis)

Monthly bonus up to 30% of base salary, based on:

·       Percentage of outlets fully equipped with the complete visibility kit.

·       Number of outlets adopting new marketing tools due to activation efforts.

·       Number of field visits completed per week.

·       Number of visibility tools installed or upgraded.

5. Candidate Profile
Experience

· to 5 years in FMCG trade marketing, in-store activation, or HORECA merchandising.

·       Strong experience in field execution and visibility improvement.

Skills

·       Strong understanding of visibility, merchandising, and in-store execution.

·       Persuasive with strong influence capability towards outlet decision-makers.

·       Strong organization, planning, and time management skills.

·       Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Operations.

·       Analytical sense to identify promotion opportunities in outlets.

Character & Work Style

·       Hands-on and highly mobile.

·       Detail-oriented and execution-driven.

·       Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable.

Languages

·       Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.

·       Functional English.
