Hi All,

We are currently hiring a
Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager
for our client in the
construction vendor industry
. This position is also
open to candidates with experience in the Event Organizer (EO) industry
, particularly those experienced in handling corporate projects and B2B service procurement.

Qualification:

  • Min. D3 with ≥8 years experience, or S1 with ≥5 years relevant experience.

Min. GPA 3.00 from a reputable university (strong experience may substitute).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in procurement & contract management.

  • Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (English proficiency required).

  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, etc).

  • Preferably knowledgeable in TKDN, customs, and budget planning.

  • Holds at least one certification such as CPSM, PMP, NCMA, or PTK-007.

  • Fluent in English

Responsibility:

  • Conduct data analysis related to tender and contract development to support reporting and decision-making.

  • Prepare and develop contract documents and Scope of Work Agreements (SOWA) in collaboration with contract owners.

  • Participate in contract negotiation processes, including technical and legal aspects.

  • Develop strategies and solutions to enhance procurement and contract efficiency.

  • Provide analysis and recommendations for supply chain and procurement issues.

  • Manage contract risks and ensure compliance with regulations (including TKDN & domestic content verification).

  • Coordinate with various stakeholders — JV partners, government agencies, and vendors.

  • Utilize digital systems such as CLM, e-tendering, and ERP (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
