Overview

Delulu Projects is an art merch curator showcasing unique merchandise, small paintings, and creative products from local artists. We are looking for a responsible and proactive Exhibition Sitter to manage our booth during the Christmas event at a South Jakarta mall. This role ensures smooth operation, excellent customer service, and attractive product display.

Responsibilities

1. Sales & Customer Service

  • Welcome visitors and introduce Delulu Projects and featured merchandise
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and recommendations
  • Process sales transactions (cashless & cash) accurately
  • Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional attitude

2. Booth Management & Product Display

  • Set up, arrange, and maintain product display to ensure visual appeal
  • Keep the booth clean, organized, and tidy throughout the day
  • Restock products as needed and ensure items are presented neatly
  • Ensure merchandise is properly handled to avoid damage

3. Inventory & Reporting

  • Monitor daily stock levels and report low inventory to the Delulu Projects team
  • Record daily sales summary and customer inquiries
  • Assist with packing, restocking, and simple inventory checks

4. Operations

  • Arrive on time and remain at the booth throughout mall operating hours
  • Coordinate with event/mall staff if needed
  • Ensure booth safety, including monitoring for potential loss or damage
  • Support setup on the first day and pack down on the last day (if required)

Requirements

  • Available for the full event period: 8–14 December
  • Must be able to work during mall operating hours
  • Friendly, communicative, and comfortable interacting with customers
  • Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Preferably has experience in retail, events, art markets, or customer service
  • Able to handle basic transactions and simple admin/reporting
