About the Company

PT Sam Bound Mitra Indonesia is a foreign investment company engaged in cosmetic and toy packaging manufacturing, serving both domestic and international clients. As we expand our business operations, we are looking for passionate and performance-driven professionals to join our growing Sales team.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Sales professionals to join our team at PT Sam Bound Mitra Indonesia. Depending on experience and qualifications, selected candidates may be placed as either Sales Manager or Sales Executive.

In these roles, you will play a vital part in driving our business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and effective sales strategies.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify and capture new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order handling and client satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitive movements
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
  • For managerial level: Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve company targets
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, meetings, and networking events

Qualifications
  • Has experience in the cosmetic packaging industry and factory operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Sales Manager: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the cosmetic or packaging industry
  • Sales Executive: Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
