Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Mengawasi dan mengoordinasikan operasional logistik harian, termasuk pemuatan, pengiriman, dan distribusi material batu split atau fuel.
  • Mengatur jadwal transportasi, mengoptimalkan penggunaan armada, serta meminimalkan keterlambatan pengiriman (sesuai prosedur dan regulasi keselamatan).
  • Memimpin serta membina dispatcher dan tim logistik lapangan.
  • Menangani dan mengeskalasi permasalahan operasional atau keterlambatan kepada manajemen.
  • Membantu koordinasi dengan kontraktor/vendor terkait kebutuhan transportasi dan peralatan.

Kualifikasi :

  • Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman di bidang Operasional Logistik (lebih diutamakan di bidang batu split/logistik/dispatch/transportasi).
  • Pendidikan minimal S1, jurusan Transportasi/Teknik. dan jurusan terkait lainnya.
  • Memiliki pengetahuan teknis yang baik tentang logistik batu split dan manajemen transportasi.
  • Mampu menganalisis data kinerja logistik dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan.
  • Memahami perhitungan cubic/volume dalam proses pemuatan.
  • Memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan dan manajemen tim yang baik.
  • Teliti, disiplin, dan berorientasi pada detail.
  • Komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik dengan tim internal maupun vendor.
  • Mampu mengambil keputusan dan menyelesaikan masalah secara efektif.
  • Proaktif dan mampu beradaptasi dengan kondisi lapangan.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di lokasi proyek sesuai kebutuhan.
  • Berpengalaman dalam negosiasi tarif dan syarat logistik dengan vendor/subkontraktor.
  • Memiliki SIM A dan dapat mengendarai kendaraan R4
