Resposibilities

This is a contract role for a Logistic Staff at PT Lock & Lock Indonesia, located in South Jakarta, Jakarta. You will be responsible for supporting the company's warehousing, storage and distribution operations as part of the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics team.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and inventory
  • Assist with the loading, unloading and proper storage of goods and materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
  • Coordinate transportation of goods and materials to distribution points
  • Support the implementation of logistics and supply chain processes
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient logistics operations
  • Adhere to all relevant health, safety and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics, warehousing, or distribution role.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel are mandatory

  • Having experience using the SAP system will be an advantage.

  • Fluency in English is a must
