The Opportunity

This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in the smooth operation of our logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments
  2. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, security and quality protocols
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  4. Maintain detailed records and generate reports on logistics operations
  5. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in a warehousing, logistics or operations role
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with a team
  4. Adaptable and proactive approach to problem-solving
  5. Proficient in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications
  6. Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards
