We're Hiring Operation Staff

Our company data is growing faster than ever, and to keep up, we're expanding our team PT Finex Bisnis Solusi Futures is looking for a detail-oriented Staff UKK (Compliance & Risk) to join our team.

This is a critical role to help us maintain accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all our data management and reporting. If you're a data wizard who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to grow with us.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare key company reports for internal teams and to meet government compliance rules.
  • Use Excel to monitor and process large amounts of client data, helping to spot and report any potential risks.
  • Handle sensitive company and client information with strict confidentiality and security.

What We're Looking For:

  • Advanced Excel proficiency is a must (Query, Lookups, Pivot Tables, Dashboards).
  • Strong, meticulous data entry and data processing skills.
  • Minimum education: D3 (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • A strong interest or experience in the financial industry (fintech, investment, futures, crypto, or banking) is a major plus.
  • Male (as per specific team requirement).
  • Proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and reading) is a strong advantage.
