The Logistic Excellence role is responsible for driving operational improvement, efficiency, and cost optimization across the logistics function. This role focuses on analyzing data, optimizing routing and batching processes, managing logistics vendors and couriers, and identifying continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and reduce operational costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead
    cost reduction
    initiatives by analyzing operational spending and implementing strategies for efficiency improvement.
  • Develop and execute
    routing and batching optimization
    models to maximize delivery efficiency, reduce lead time, and minimize logistics costs.
  • Manage and evaluate
    vendor and courier performance
    , including SLA monitoring, rate negotiation, and process alignment.
  • Utilize
    data analytics
    to identify performance gaps, forecast logistics needs, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse, supply planning, and operations teams to enhance end-to-end logistics performance.
  • Implement continuous improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to streamline processes and eliminate waste.
  • Monitor logistics KPIs such as on-time delivery, cost per order, and capacity utilization, providing actionable insights to management.
  • Support system enhancement and automation initiatives for logistics tracking, planning, and reporting.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum
    3–5 years
    of experience in logistics optimization, operations excellence, or supply chain analytics (preferably in FMCG, e-commerce, or logistics industry).
  • Proven experience in
    last mile
    cost reduction and process efficiency projects
    .
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in
    data analytics tools
    (e.g., Excel advanced functions, SQL, Power BI, Python/R preferred).
  • Hands-on experience in
    last mile
    routing, batching, and courier management optimization
    .
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with logistics KPIs, performance dashboards, and automation systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a problem-solving attitude.
