We are looking for Legal Manager. This position will base in Jakarta.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in law
  • Has experience more than 5 years in handling Legal matters.
  • Has experience in Oil Palm Plantation Company Active license to practice law in Indonesia.
  • Has Strong knowledge of local and relevant international laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Able to communicate fluently in English
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Good skill in using MS Office

Job descriptions :

  • Managing the Company's Legal department including negotiating and drafting internal and external agreements relating to the company operations, bank credit, corporate actions, licensing, and company legality and filling in documentation as well as ensuring the company's obligations as a legal entity are following applicable laws and regulations.
  • Guide management on the legal implications of business decisions
  • Manage potential legal risks and ensure they are mitigated effectively

Our plantations are located across four provinces in Indonesia – West Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, and Papua. As of March 2024, 69,549 ha have been planted, including land allocated for the smallholder scheme (Plasma).

We implement Best Management practices for sustainable agriculture and have a proven track record of generating high yields. All the crops that we produce are processed by our mills.

We operate eight palm oil mills with a combined capacity of 500 MT per hour. Goodhope is a sustainable palm oil producer and a member of RSPO. Compliance with RSPO Principles and Criteria is independently verified.
