Known for strong technical capabilities and a customer-focused mindset, the company is expanding its footprint across Southeast Asia and is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to support its operations in Indonesia.

This position plays an important role in driving commercial growth, expanding market coverage, and building long-term partnerships with customers. The role reports to the Regional Director for Southeast Asia and works closely with both local and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute both short-term and long-term sales plans to drive growth in the Indonesian market.
  • Develop sales forecasts and oversee budget management for packaging equipment sales.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key customers, including both multinational and domestic companies.
  • Work closely with regional team to implement marketing and promotional activities within the territory.
  • Analyze market demands and identify opportunities for new products, services, or enhancements.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation through order execution and after-sales support.
  • Track market developments and competitor actions to inform strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience within the packaging industry.
  • Solid knowledge of B2B sales and technically complex products.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly for customer visits and on-site engagements.
