Job Description :

  • Manage HR & GA activities including recruitment, payroll, BPJS, and employee administration.
  • Responsible for general administration and preparation of administrative documents, including payroll support.
  • Prepare employment contracts and maintain employee data.
  • Manage all employee activities related to Human Resource and General Affair.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor law and company regulations
  • Handle expatriate matters including KITAS, work permit (RPTKA/IMTA), and related immigration documents.
  • Coordinate with immigration, manpower office, and third parties regarding expatriate administration.
  • Manage and control all company assets and facilities.
  • Responsible for purchasing activities (PR and PO process) and maintain vendor database.
  • Manage and prepare additional office-related documents (licenses, permits, agreements, correspondence).
  • Coordinate and establish relationships with internal and external parties.
  • Accurate, detail-oriented, and responsible in handling all assigned tasks.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum education Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years experience in HR & GA (adjustable based on position level)
  • Familiar with Indonesian Manpower Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan and related regulations).
  • Experienced in payroll, BPJS, and PPh 21 is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail with good communication skills.
  • Able to work independently, under pressure, and work well in a team including with upper management.
