Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, quality).
• Estimate machining costs and prepare quotations.
• Manage tooling and material procurement for projects.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors for CNC-related requirements.
• Provide technical support to production teams and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications for CNC machining.
• Select appropriate machining processes, tools, and fixtures.
• Optimize CNC programs for efficiency and accuracy.
• Establish machining parameters and validate processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives for machining operations.
• Conduct PFMEA and risk assessments for machining processes.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation (BOM, process sheets, reports).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in CNC machining and project management.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, and machining processes.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Understanding of quality tools (PFMEA, SPC, control plans).
• Attitude : Good Response, Good Communication, Cooperative
