(1) Responsible for implementing industry standards, specifications, and regulations in the power sector, as well as organizing the dissemination and training of new standards and specifications;

(2) Participate in the review of the project design process and provide technical oversight on the design process;

(3) Participate in the selection and procurement of project equipment, providing technical review for key equipment selection;

(2) Assist the Chief Engineer in overseeing the overall control of construction quality and technical work across various projects, including

Supervise and inspect on-site construction techniques, construction quality, and safety measures;

(3) Based on the project characteristics, propose targeted optimization suggestions for design, procurement, and construction;

(4) Responsible for the preliminary review of documents such as project construction organization design, major construction plans, and construction schedules;

(5) Participate in the discussion and review of technical plans for hazardous and ultra-hazardous projects;

(6) Assist the Chief Engineer in the quality supervision and management of products, and be responsible for handling serious non-conformities

Develop corrective measures and participate in reviewing their implementation effectiveness;

(7) Participate in the completion acceptance meetings for key sections and construction projects of various engineering projects;

(8) Assist the Chief Engineer in conducting investigations and handling major quality incidents, performing irregular inspections of construction sites and timely monitoring of project quality. Cooperate actively with the Chief Engineer to promptly convene relevant department heads for issue resolution upon discovery;

(9) Participate in research to address major technical issues in construction
