Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Office Management & Executive Assistant to support our international operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, fast-learning, and able to work independently while communicating effectively with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track international shipments; create shipping labels (AWB) and ensure successful delivery
  • Organize and maintain digital archives of invoices, packing lists, AWB files, and other documents
  • Coordinate with global suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams
  • Maintain product inventory, update price lists, and follow up on orders
  • Support customer relations and resolve operational issues
  • Assist with office management tasks and workflow organization
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports
  • Maintain IMEI lists (optional, training provided)
  • Collaborate with a multicultural international team

  • Strong organizational skills
