Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Office Management & Executive Assistant to support our international operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, fast-learning, and able to work independently while communicating effectively with global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track international shipments; create shipping labels (AWB) and ensure successful delivery
- Organize and maintain digital archives of invoices, packing lists, AWB files, and other documents
- Coordinate with global suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams
- Maintain product inventory, update price lists, and follow up on orders
- Support customer relations and resolve operational issues
- Assist with office management tasks and workflow organization
- Prepare daily/weekly reports
- Maintain IMEI lists (optional, training provided)
- Collaborate with a multicultural international team

Requirements
- Strong organizational skills
- Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Fast learner; able to work independently
- Comfortable communicating in English
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Stable internet connection
- Able to work Hong Kong time (11:00–21:00)(Flexibility to coordinate with Europe time when needed)
